Parts
- Bring your own part and you only pay for the work.
- Parts we order are our cost plus a small handling charge (about 15%), and we tell you the price before ordering.
- Idaho sales tax applies to parts we sell; our labour is listed separately.
Warranty
Our 90-day limited warranty covers our work and the parts we supply. If you bring your own part, our work is covered and the part is covered by whoever sold it to you. Read the full 90-day limited warranty.
How long it takes
Most bench repairs take 1 to 3 business days. A part that has to be ordered can add time; we'll tell you when we quote.
Where
We're a mobile service. We come to you, within about 50 miles of Idaho Falls, or help remotely when that works. If a device needs our workbench, we collect it and bring it back to you.
Paying
By card, through the secure link on your invoice (handled by Stripe, so your card details never reach us), or in cash.
What we don't work on
- 240-volt appliances, or anything involving mains electrical wiring
- Microwaves and old CRT TVs (they store dangerous voltage)
- Vapes and e-cigarettes
- Swollen or damaged batteries (we'll tell you how to dispose of them safely)
- Medical devices
- Car electronics
- Getting past passcodes, iCloud or Google locks: only the official routes, with proof of ownership
