Falls Technology ServicesEvery customer gets a written agreement before we start, so both sides know exactly what's included and what it costs. We don't write our own fine print. We use Common Paper's standard agreements: free, published standard contracts written by a committee of attorneys and used by many businesses.
What you sign

You sign online from any computer or phone, and you get a signed copy by e-mail.
The main points, in plain English
- Your accounts are yours. E-mail, domain, payment and software accounts are set up in your business's name.
- Your data is yours. We use it only to do the work you asked for, and we keep it confidential.
- Prices are written down. Plan fees are billed monthly in advance; extra time is billed monthly after the work, with prepaid hours used first. Bigger jobs are quoted before we start.
- No long contracts. Monthly plans run month to month; either side can end one with 30 days' written notice.
- Backups: keeping backups of your data is your responsibility; we can set them up and check them for you.
- Technicians: we may send a technician who works for us. They follow the same confidentiality rules, and we stay responsible for their work.
- Local: Idaho law, and the courts of Bonneville County, Idaho.

When things change
- Your signed agreement stays as signed. We may update our standard agreement for new customers; that doesn't change yours unless we both agree in writing.
- Plan prices: we give you at least 30 days' written notice before a monthly plan price changes. If you don't want the new price, you can end the plan before it starts.
- This website (prices, services, wording) can change at any time. What you signed is what applies.
