- Our rate: $75 an hour, in 15-minute steps; bigger projects quoted first
- Good for: a few computers, few problems, and not much that's critical
- The catch: nobody is watching your backups or updates in between
A monthly plan
- Our IT support plan: $200 a month for up to 3 computers, then $50 a month for each additional computer
- Up to 2 hours of help every month
- Watching backups, updates and disk health where our monitoring is installed
- A monthly check-up e-mail, and priority when something goes wrong
Which suits you?
- If losing a day of work, or your customer records, would really hurt: a plan is usually worth it
- If you mostly need occasional help with a printer or a new computer: by the hour is fine
- Not sure? Start by the hour, and we'll tell you honestly if a plan would save you money
Month to month, no long contracts, and every plan comes with a written agreement.
