Many computer problems can be fixed without a visit: we connect to your computer while you watch, fix it, and you only pay for the time it takes. Tell us what's wrong and when suits you, and we'll call or e-mail to confirm a time.
Remote-help terms
- Price: $75 an hour, charged in 15-minute steps, with a 30-minute minimum ($37.50). If you're on one of our support plans, the time comes out of your plan's included hours instead.
- Booking: nothing is charged for booking. We confirm a time with you by phone or e-mail. If you need to cancel or move it, just tell us before the session; there's no charge for that.
- The session: at the agreed time we call you, and you start the session yourself in RustDesk (how to start remote help) and read us the ID and one-time password. You see everything we do and can end the session at any time. We never connect to your computer uninvited.
- What we work on: only what you asked for. If we find something else that needs attention, we tell you and ask before doing anything about it. We don't copy or keep your files.
- If it needs a visit: some problems can't be fixed remotely (for example broken hardware). If so, we tell you and quote a visit; you pay only for the remote time used.
- Paying: after the session we e-mail an invoice with a secure pay-online link (card or bank, handled by Stripe; we never see your card details), due within 15 days.
- Our IT support terms and privacy policy also apply.
