What we set up
- The operating system and the business software you've licensed, on a computer you own or lease, at your business
- Shared folders or a NAS for the office's files
- Automatic nightly backups, plus a copy to a cloud storage account in your name, and a test restore together with you
- Security updates switched on, a firewall that lets in only what's needed, and no open ports on your router
- Strong, unique passwords in your own password manager, and two-step sign-in for every staff account
- Access from outside the office, if you want it, only through a sign-in for the people you name
Yours, and written down
Everything is in your business's name and accounts, never ours. When we're done you get a one-page record of what was set up, where the backups go, and how to restore.
After setup
Want someone to watch the backups and install updates? That's our monthly Care plan. Or look after it yourself, with the record we leave you. Either way, the price is written down before we start.

How much will it cost?
Our rate is $75 an hour for remote help or work at our bench, and $90 an hour at your home or business, in 15-minute steps. Bigger jobs are quoted first, so there are no surprises. Monthly support plans start at $200 for up to 3 computers.
How long does it take?
We give you a time when we quote. Small jobs are often done in one visit.
Is there a warranty?
Our 90-day limited warranty covers our work and the parts we supply. If you bring your own part, our work is covered and the part is covered by whoever sold it to you. Full details are on our warranty page.
Do you come to me?
On site within about 50 miles of Idaho Falls, or remotely when that works. Idaho Falls and nearby come first.
How can I pay?
By card, through the secure link on your invoice (handled by Stripe, so your card details never reach us), or in cash.
